Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe banana, mashed

  • 2 eggs

  • ½ cup oats (blended into flour or whole)

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

  • ¼ tsp baking powder

  • ¼ tsp cinnamon

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

  • ¼ cup milk (almond, oat, or regular)

  • ½ tbsp coconut oil (for greasing)

  • Optional toppings: Greek yogurt, honey, fresh berries, or nuts

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the Platinum Flex Pan over medium heat. Lightly grease with a small amount of coconut oil.

  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the banana, then whisk in the eggs until well combined.

  3. Add oats, protein powder, baking powder, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and milk. Stir until smooth.

  4. Pour small portions of batter into the preheated Flex Pan, forming pancakes.

  5. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side or until golden brown, then flip and cook for another 2 minutes.

  6. Remove from heat and serve warm with your favorite toppings.
