Ingredients

  • 4 boneless chicken thighs or breasts

  • 2 tablespoons butter

  • 1/3 cup maple syrup

  • 1/4 cup bourbon

  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

  2. Heat your Platinum skillet over medium heat and melt the butter.

  3. Add the chicken and sear for 4–5 minutes per side until golden.

  4. In a small bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, bourbon, and soy sauce.

  5. Pour the mixture into the skillet and reduce the heat to low.

  6. Let the sauce simmer for 6–8 minutes, spooning it over the chicken as it thickens.

  7. When the glaze becomes glossy and coats the chicken, remove from heat.

  8. Rest for 2 minutes before serving to let the glaze settle.
