Ingredients

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 small onion, finely chopped

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 large tomatoes, grated or finely chopped

  • 1/4 cup ouzo

  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta

  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Fresh parsley or dill for garnish


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in your Platinum sauté pan over medium heat.

  2. Add the onion and cook until soft and translucent.

  3. Stir in the garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.

  4. Add the tomatoes, oregano, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5–7 minutes until the sauce thickens.

  5. Pour in the ouzo and let it bubble for 1–2 minutes to cook off the alcohol.

  6. Add the shrimp in a single layer and cook for 2 minutes per side until pink and firm.

  7. Sprinkle feta over the top and let it melt slightly into the sauce.

  8. Remove from heat and finish with fresh parsley or dill.
