- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning (or mix of thyme, rosemary, and oregano)
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp unsalted butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Preheat the Platinum Grill Pan
- Heat the grill pan over medium-high heat for 3-5 minutes until hot.

Season the Steaks
- Pat steaks dry with a paper towel.
- Brush each steak with olive oil.
- Mix salt, black pepper, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder in a small bowl.
- Rub the seasoning mix evenly over both sides of the steaks.

Grill the Steaks
- Place steaks in the hot Platinum Grill Pan and press down lightly for good grill marks.
- Cook for 4 minutes per side for medium-rare, or adjust based on your preference.

Add Garlic Butter for Extra Flavor
- In the last minute of cooking, add butter and minced garlic to the pan.
- Tilt the pan slightly and use a spoon to baste the steaks with the melted garlic butter.

- Use a meat thermometer for accuracy:
- Rare: 120-125°F
- Medium-Rare: 130-135°F
- Medium: 140-145°F
- Well-Done: 160°F+
