Instructions

  1. Mix the dry ingredients In a bowl, whisk flour, sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt.

  2. Combine the wet ingredients In another bowl, whisk milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla.

  3. Bring the batter together Pour wet into dry and stir until just combined. A few lumps are fine.

  4. Heat your skillet Medium heat. Lightly butter the surface.

  5. Cook the pancakes Pour 1/4 cup batter per pancake. Cook until bubbles form, flip, and finish until golden.

  6. Serve warm Stack them high and add butter, syrup, or cinnamon sugar.
