Instructions:

- Season Chicken: Season the chicken thighs with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Cook Chicken: Place the chicken thighs in the skillet and cover with the lid. Once the vapor seal forms, reduce the heat to low and cook for 15 minutes.
- Add BBQ Sauce: Remove the lid and brush the chicken with BBQ sauce mixed with honey (if using).
- Finish Cooking: Replace the lid and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes, letting the sauce caramelize slightly.
